If there is something I love and wish I could be better at is taking pictures of people. For some reason, whenever I see a potential interesting portrait, fear and shyness takes over me and I just cannot bring myself to ask if I can take their picture…
So, according to the great Annie Leibovitz, you should start with what you know or in my case with who you know. So above are a series of portraits of my family (the bottom one is me, nice to meet you if you haven´t stopped by before!) and was taken by my brother.
My dad is the elusive character here but I will make it my mission to take and post a picture of him soon.
These all feel very real to me, they are not posed, not directed, it is just them being…well themselves.
